In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. Aug 4, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Check-in was a breeze and the people at the facility were helpful and friendly. The building is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable but the pull out couch bed was hard. We discovered the dishwasher wasn't cleaning the dishes and all the dishes in the cupboards were dirty, and we informed the manager. There were a few other small maintenence issues (a missing tile in a bathroom for instance, and one room stayed several degrees cooler than the rest of the condo) but overall the property was comfortable and the patio area was great. ##### Carrie T.
