Unfortunately there was zero communication which led to unnecessary stress while traveling with family. I emailed three days before check in and no one responded, the days leading up to check in I had called and left messages which also were not returned. I was checking in late and needed to make sure I would have access to the property since I am traveling with a child. The number for the property on the confirmation email was disconnected. I had even reached out to Expedia and VRBO to ask for help and they could not get in touch with the host or the property. I got an automated text message 40 Min before check in with the door code and that was the only communication that was received.
