In general, the unit was clean upon our arrival. However, the shower curtains were half hanging on the hooks, blender and ice maker did not work, and I include these items in cleanliness. I rated the check-in process a 2 because none of the codes originally provided to us in the welcome email worked. The door code didn’t work, causing me to have to call the rental manager. The parking pass was not in the condo, as it said it would be in the rental email. As it turned out, we did not need a physical parking pass, but the welcome email should be updated to reflect that. The pool code did not work. Then on our checkout day, the stated checkout time was 10 am. But a cleaning person was standing outside our door at 8:30 am, making us feel pressure to leave early. I will say that the property manager was very responsive and helped us to resolve our issues quickly. For the price, I would definitely stay here again. ##### Tina B.
