The long balcony outside (accessible through both the living room and main bedroom) is a perfect place to enjoy a view of the Gulf. If you want a beverage or meal after traveling, have no fear! The spacious full kitchen features full-size appliances (including a dishwasher!) as well as a separate pantry and bull nose granite countertops. The private washer/dryer will help with clothes so everyone can pack light. The bedrooms of this condo are 1475-square-foot condo are spread out for privacy, and every room features a ceiling fan. The main bedroom of the condo features a balcony, desk workspace, and an extensive en suite bathroom with two sink stations, a standalone shower, and a jetted soaking tub. Guests can all enjoy access to the shared pool and hot tub during their stay. Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, just under two miles away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers stunning views of the Gulf. Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just over eight miles from this condo. Guests who brought their clubs will appreciate being just over four miles from the Holiday Golf Club. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just under five miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. THINGS TO KNOW Reservations March through October include beach service. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 8. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Be sure to wear your flipflps inside or you will have black feet.The furniture is wore out. You can find better than that at a thrift store. The beds were just awful. All of them. Mattresses are shot. We're gonna need a chiropractor when we get home. Toliets need a deep cleaning with bleach. Master bathroom has black mold on the floor around the base boards and toliet. We like the condominium Palazzo as a whole, just not this unit.The lights flickerd in the kitchen and master bath. If you your photo senstive, its a problem. I wish I could attach pictures to demonstrate the condition of the unit. I will be sharing them with vacasa/vrbo management. I will start by saying that the location and view are just amazing! Lovely stretch of beach and the pool overlooking the ocean is wonderful. We stayed in a different unit in this complex last summer. The space/layout of this unit is great. Lots of space and the 3 bathrooms were a plus. The master bed is very comfortable; however, the twin beds and queen bed were very squeaky and extremely uncomfortable. The water in door and icemaker of fridge/freezer were not working during our stay. We had to purchase ice and bottled water. We were told that it was not listed as an amenity but then were left a note that a part was being ordered to repair it. It just never happened during our week there. :( The ceiling fans are so bad that we could not even use the master bedroom one. It was so wobbly and loud it prevented sleep. Ceiling fan light bulbs were burned out and the kitchen can lights strobed. We were told the dimmer has to be fully on but it was, so that is not the issue. We just unscrewed some and left them out all week. The sofa bed mattress cover has blood stains on it. The tracks of the slider doors are disgusting with dirt, grease and what appears to be mold. The main slider is impossible to open. There was not enough glassware for 6 guests. The bottoms of our feet turned black when walking barefoot in the unit-just gross! ##### Charissa D. The condo was clean and nice. There was no coffee pot for the coffee maker. There was also only one elevator working when we stayed. So we waited 20 minutes for a elevator.
