You'll love kicking back on the porch swing and watching the wind blow through the palm trees from your own private deck. The shared outdoor pool is also within eyesight! Natural light floods the inside of this condo, from the furnished living room to the fully equipped kitchen. Central air conditioning makes things cool and comfortable, and there's a ceiling fan in each room so everyone can adjust the temperature to their own preferences. The main bedroom also features an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and an oversized stone standalone shower. Just stick the swimsuits and towels in the private washer/dryer and head to the deck - this is your retreat near the beach! Walk across the street for seafood and groceries. Plus, all that 30-A has to offer is just a few miles West, local favorites and Pier Park are to your East, pizza is a mile away, and the less-crowded West Panama City beaches are right out your door! There is parking available for a $35 fee per vehicle with a max of two vehicles. You will be emailed a Ramsgate Parking Registration Link a week before your arrival date. It is super cute and clean with a nice view…you can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. We usually stay on the East end of PCB, and this was a nice change of scenery. Quieter beaches, amazing restaurants and a nice neighborhood. The check in process was super easy, and the host was very responsive. It was nice, although the pool was not heated until the last day of our stay, they don't turn on pool heat until spring breakers start. The proximity to beach was nice, easy walk. The communication is maybe a bit excessive, but that's not a problem LOL!! If we had any problems at this location it was with the curtain system. None of the curtain rods go into actual blocking and they were pulling out of the wall all over the place. I made sure to make the property manager aware, one curtain fell while we were there, just from closing it. Overall, awesome place would stay again for sure. ##### Galen R.
