From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Jun 19, 2025 #### Great place with great views We booked this for a girls getaway weekend. The place is exactly as described and the views are STUNNING!! The patio is larger than I thought and the outside furniture is clean and not damaged. The entire place was immaculate (props to the cleaning company)! One thing to note, the mattresses in the two bed room are super soft and the mattress in the one bed room is super firm. Pillows also are soft. Being on the 17th floor, there was a bit longer of a wait for the elevator, especially with one of the three being down for repairs. The parking was easy, and I appreciated that there is a skyway to get to the parking deck across the street. We never had a problem with parking. Pool was great, beach is great! Just note, this unit doesn't come with chairs or umbrella (can rent for a fee). This condo really takes care of its residents and we were asked several times to show our bracelets to ensure we belonged there. We've been down to PCB several times and this was our favorite rental and I will seriously consider renting this unit next year...it was that fabulous. ##### Morgan M. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Art K. The views are incomparably beautiful with mesmerizing waves providing an invigorating backdrop of sound. . The condo was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is adequately supplied with dishes, pots and pans, plus plenty of utensils. There's adequate work space to prepare full meals. Unfortunately, only two of the burners on the stove work well. The living room couches are comfortable and attractive, and there is plenty of comfortable, outdoor furniture on the balcony, The beach décor throughout the condo is fun. The mattresses on the three beds are comfortable and firm. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the sheets. None of the sheets fit the beds, which became annoying midway through most nights. Also, the protective, plastic sheet that was put on the king bed made a crackling noise whenever we turned over, which caused frequent waking up most nights. One other problem resulted from the loose tiles and threshold cap that led into the room with the twin beds. I hurt my knee when I tripped on the loose threshold, which made walking the beach painful for a few days. Except for cold and rainy weather, we had a great trip. ##### Art K. Aug 6, 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### We got scammed by the listing We checked in on a Sunday night to find a multitude of issues: front door woul not bolt closed, smoke alarms disconnected, dirty sheets with brown stains, broken dryer (discovered after we attempted to wash stained sheets), heavy black moldy shower curtain, food stuck between plates in cupboard. I have pictures of everything, it was revolting. Several calls to Vacasa yielded robotic responses and false hopes of contacting the "local manager". No one came to fix anything. We were in an unsafe, hazardous condo. After we threatened to take legal action, they moved us at 9pm to another unit. This one was worse. This unit was still UNDER CONSTRUCTION!! Sheetrock everywhere, holes in the walls, the works. Now we had nowhere to sleep that night! The vacation was ruined. To date, they have not fully refunded the trip. Avoid Vacasa. Look at their reviews on other reputable sites, we found these AFTER our terrible experience. VRBO is misrepresenting the information on these condominiums owned by Vacasa. ##### Zain A.
