Our condo is a 4 bedroom 3 bath beach residence that sleeps up to 8 comfortably. All the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony to be quite large as well with plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy incredible views of the world’s most beautiful beaches. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Sometimes it seems like there close enough to touch. Our condo is decorated with a fun beach theme that’s very comfortable. We wanted to make it a family fun beach condo. We also wanted to make this a home away from home, for us and our guests. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment: Here are some more interesting features of our beach residence: \-Electronic KABA lock so no keys to worry about \-Carefree check-in so you can go right to this residences once you’re in town \-1600 Square Feet of Living Space on the 20th floor \-280+ Square Feet of Balcony with a high top table and a kiddie table \-The Living room comfortably seats 6 \-Living Room includes a large Flat Screen \-Dining Area seats 4 around a beautiful wood table and kitchen bar seats 4 \-Kitchen has granite counter tops with a stainless steel double sink and disposal \-Fully equipped Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker \-Master Bedroom has a KING bed and a flatscreen TV and gulf view with balcony access \-Master Bath has a combination tub/shower and double vanity \-2nd Master has KING bed and flatscreen TV \-The 2nd bath has a combination tub/shower \-3rd Bedroom has a QUEEN bed, and TV \-The 3rd bath has a combination tub/shower and is access from both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms \-The 4th Bedroom has a QUEEN, and a TV \-Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for the whole family! \-There is wireless internet access throughout the residence \-There is washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit The assigned parking space (P3-21) is on the third level of the parking deck. The parking spot number 21 is on your left. It's just a short walk to the elevators. From there one of the 3 elevators will take you all the way to the 20th floor where the unit is located! More about Ocean Reef Ocean Reef, built in 2008, is in a great location and close to everything. It is located on the west end of Panama City Beach and only 1 mile from the new Pier Park mall: 150 stores, 20 restaurants and a 16 megaplex movie theater. Across the street is miniature golf and go-cart track. Gulf World is just a short distance down the road along with many other entertainment and dining choices. The newest beach-front restaurant, Runaway Island, is a 5-minute walk away! The souvenir shop is also directly across the street. Ocean Reef has unobstructed east and west panoramic views of the gorgeous white sand beaches and glistening emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax by one of the two pools. Ocean Reef has one outdoor and one heated indoor pool for your pleasure. It also has an outdoor hot tub an indoor saunas and steam room. Exercise in the sixth floor fitness room that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Better yet lie on the sugary white sand beach and tan yourself. Ocean Reef offers it all. The location is nice too, less than 2 miles from pier park. Being an end unit, the views and expansive balcony were great. Had to mop the floors twice before could allow my 8 month old grandson on his pallet. Sand was found under the eating table . One of the bathrooms was still dirty . Kitchen only stocked with minimal essentials . Emailed rental company and only offered to reclean the condo after it was already cleaned . Very disappointed in the rental . Asked for a little reimbursement on the housekeeping charge but was not given. Washer and dryer located in the room.3 elevators and they were very quick, never a long wait.Communication was superb and responsed very quick.Location was wonderful, donut place across the street, that also serves breakfast sandwiches and pizza bagels. Alvin's souvenir shop, go-carts and mini golf across the street. Will definitely be back, my only complaint was we didn't stay longer.Highly recommended. ##### Tamara J. Parking space for the condo was great and larger size so we could park our Suburban with no problem. Great place to stay. Easy access to restaurants and activities for the kids. Large gap from this condo from others which helped the beach not be so crowded. The 2 queen rooms seemed to be much smaller than anticipated. Some inconveniences being that the pull out couch was broken upon arrival and the broom was child sized which made it very difficult to keep the room clean throughout the week. The room was clean when we arrived but did not feel “exceptionally clean”. ##### Allyson S. The condo had not been cleaned well, the floors and baseboards were dirty. We were traveling with children ages 5 - 13 and they noticed immediately. The rugs were very bad; old and dirty. The beds were very noisy to get on or move around on making it hard when sharing a bed with spouse or sibling! We cleaned a lot upon arrival with vacuum, it was very sad, and several Clorox wipes. No mop was available. The front master bathroom wall was dirty, I actually washed the wall. This could be a great rental if it was cleaned well. It was unlike most all other VRBO rentals we have encountered. I feel that our cleaning fee should be returned since it was that bad. ##### Patsy C. We paid for a week stay which wasn’t very cheap, and we were promised two parking passes, everything was said to be available upon arrival. We get to the condo with car number 1 and they informed us that they only had one parking pass for us and that the overflow parking across the street was full. I stated and showed the messages of where we were promised to be able to park two vehicles on the property for the week. The employee stated that they had other families bring 3, 4 and 5 vehicles to the condo and they had to let them take whatever parking was available. They gave us a sheet for the overflow parking and the next available lot that was two miles down the street. We brought 3 vehicles and knew beforehand that one vehicle would have to park in a public parking. Parking was very unorganized and hectic. The parking garage is extremely small, our 2016 Nissan Maxima was a tight squeeze in and out of the garage & for the parking spots available. We get into the room and you could tell their management was slacking. The room was clean to the naked eye on first look but as we got into our stay, we noticed the clean silverware wasn’t to clean. The dishwasher had a horrible reak of smell. Some of the cups that were in the cabinet were sticky and the laundry room had sand in the floor and dryer lent left in the dryer. The vaccum was broken and they left us a child’s broom to sweep with before departure. 3/10 stay. ##### Gaven W. The condo could use a deep cleaning. It would also be wonderful if the condo had a luggage rack for bring in and carrying out luggage. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Dana J. Property manager was great and promptly responded to any question. Beach chair rental was amazing.
