This spacious 2-bedroom retreat features private balconies, a full kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space. Enjoy the heated pool, grilling area, and 550 feet of private beach—just steps from your door. Perfect for families seeking sun, serenity, and spectacular sunsets. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. This vacation rental features: 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom 1) full-size appliances (including a French door refrigerator) 2) A breakfast bar 3) A full dining area 4) A full kitchen with a dishwasher 5) Each bedroom is upstairs and features a built-in ceiling fan to help guests cool off 6) The kitchen, dining and living area and a half bath are on the first level 7) 1st floor has a balcony overlooking the beach. It seems like those things would be a very minimal expense and could go a long way in elevating our stay. Otherwise, the location was amazing and we really loved it.
