New to the rental market, our beautiful, ocean-front, 2-bed/2-bath condo is located on the 18th floor of the Tropic Winds building with unparalleled, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, fabulous sunsets, and the coastline of Panama City Beach. With room to accommodate 6 guests, come enjoy our luxurious open-concept condo, decorated with comfortable furnishings, coastal contemporary décor, luxury floors, and high-end accessories. An end unit, our oversized balcony has enough room for the whole family to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast. Tropic Winds 1809 has a free, covered, dedicated parking space on the 4th floor of the building, making getting to and from our home quick and easy, with no street crossing and a quick elevator ride to the 18th floor. We are located on the quiet, west-end of Panama City Beach, close to dining, shopping, attractions, and the desirable Pier Park, which is only 2 miles away. Whether you are visiting for a relaxing vacation, romantic getaway, or fun in the sun, we are conveniently located to everything Panama City Beach has to offer. We have two other units in the Tropic Winds building - feel free to message us if you have a larger party and would like to rent more than one unit for your group! Reasons to stay with us: • We provide free beach service during the busy season (Mar-Oct), which includes two beach chairs and an umbrella. • This is our vacation home and it is managed by us, not a management company with multiple investment condos. • Because this is our home, you will find custom improvements and decorations not found in most rental condos, and we update and maintain our unit constantly to keep it clean and comfortable for your stay. • We have a top-of-the-line security lock for convenient, keyless entry and will provide you with your own personal code before you arrive. This will allow you to go directly from your reserved parking space to the unit and start enjoying your vacation immediately. No lobby, no waiting in line for check-in, and no need to worry about lost keys or swipe cards at check-in or check-out. • Our condo is a desirable and highly sought-after end unit with fantastic views from one of the largest balconies in the area. • New modern design and custom furnishings. • Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable are provided. One of the easiest, hassle free checkins ever. What struck me was even though we only corresponded by email, the host came across as inviting and happy to share their beach home. Parking was great. Access to condo great. Condo interior was more than expected. The condo was clean and well furnished with matching decor and colors creating a beautiful space...Truly a beach vibe. Kitchen equipped with anything one would need even though we mostly ate out. The condo was spacious including bedrooms, bathrooms, dining(large dining table) laundry. The balcony was big with tables and chairs with seating for 8\. I cannot say enough about this great condo with all the details you just have to experience and the ease of booking and working with the host. The beach flag was yellow every day. Caution. My kids, ages 6, 7, and 9, loved swimming in the ocean. We loved the pool being half indoor and half outdoor to get a break from the sun when needed. But back to the condo. Quiet and convenient location. Decor was amazing. To say the kitchen is fully stocked is an understatement. The pots and pans were high end. The freezer made an abundance of ice. Everything we needed and more. The ocean view. The washer and dryer. The balcony. The parking. Everything was super easy. I have no complaints at all!! Beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the beach, with sunlight all day long and gorgeous sunsets every evening. The condo is super comfortable and well appointed. Beautifully decorated, with good air conditioning, large bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, and high-end kitchen. Great beach access and parking. ##### Howie F.
