It was so close to the beach, very clean and organized, and the property managers were super nice to us! The only downside was the pull-out couch. I had to sweep up dust/hair bunnies as soon as we arrived. We were only provided with enough toilet paper to “get us started” along with hand soap and dish soap. I could have brought these items from home had I known they wouldn’t be provided during the stay, so come prepared! There was a leak in the doorway that caused water to pour into the kitchen. When I reported the issue, the homeowner responded quickly by giving us rags. That was fine for an immediate solution, but I feel it could have been fixed entirely (so we didn’t have soaking rags in the kitchen all week). The property is also not in the best area. We didn’t feel comfortable/safe sitting outside as people loitered in the two abandoned buildings in front of the house. With all that being said, the outside of the property is very pretty, as well as the inside. You can tell the homeowners put in a lot of thought in to renovating the space.
