Full renovation including kitchen, all bathrooms and new furniture throughout! Nestled on the Gulf of Mexico in East Panama City Beach, this stunning 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers the ultimate beachfront living experience. Perfectly positioned just a short walk from local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, this fully furnished property delivers both convenience and breathtaking views. The expansive beachfront deck is the perfect place to unwind, with a staircase leading directly to the white sands and emerald water of Panama City Beach. After a day spent by the water, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy the tranquil sunsets over the Gulf. Inside, the open-concept living and dining area boasts tall ceilings, creating an ideal space for the entire group to relax.
