The owner response time and communication is excellent. Now the not so good part: parking is a disaster, we had to pay to park sometimes, or double park. The boys went on their senior trip and we came on our “empty nest trip!” The condo is exactly as described and pictured. Quiet beachfront townhouse with direct access from the porch. Only 10 units so no crowd on beach. Grocery store a couple blocks away. Old Beach Bar across the street. Only issue was parking. You only get one reserved spot and there are 4or 5 spare spots but if you don’t grab a spare spot you have to park down the road at the public beach access.
