Soak in the majestic sunrises and sunsets of Panama City Beach from the balcony off the living room and master bedroom of this gulf-front unit! Enjoy the local area as well – this low density resort is situated 3 minutes to the county pier for great fishing! It is also walking distance to Shipwreck Island Water Park! Don't forget St. Andrews State Park. Here you can visit the jetties, fish, snorkel, or take a shuttle to visit Shell Island for the day. You're sure to see several dolphins along the way! If you just want lounge, beach chairs with umbrellas are available to rent from local beach service located on the white sandy beach behind the condo. Dining options abound in this area and there is ample shopping and entertainment at Pier Park, just a few miles down the road! \- No dog(s) are welcome in this home. \- All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association. \- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. \-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters.
