This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for the responsible person so you can enjoy a nice relaxing stay. This is a newer listing for us and if you want to see the reviews for our other units in the same building or if this unit happens to be already booked for your ideal dates, please visit our other VRBO listings in the same building: VRBO # 2214079 and VRBO 9449166 This unit features a fully appliance well stocked stainless steel kitchen with solid surface countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, sleeps 8 comfortably (6 private + 2 on pull out sofa with queen mattress). The dining room seats 8 with 2 more at the side counter so everyone can enjoy eating together. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a full view of the Gulf opening up to your own 27 foot balcony. The master bath features a double vanity, soaking tub, stand up shower, and private commode. The second bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of storage. The second bed also has direct door access to the second bath, making it feel like another master suite. The third bedroom has a full size bed perfect for children or adults. The large living room has a jumbo flat screen TV, and opens to the private balcony looking directly onto the beach, with no obstructions so you can enjoy every sunset. This unit features plank and tile flooring with fun soothing colors throughout. The unit and balcony are smoke free so you can enjoy the fresh air at every turn, we were so inspired we even nicknamed the property SaltAir. Majestic Beach Resort has something for everyone. There’s the famous white sand beaches with beach chair and umbrella rentals on site; 5 pools including 2 indoor heated pools, 1 kiddie pool with fountain, 1 covered shadepool, and a large full outdoor pool with a waterfall; 3 hot tubs; a poolside bar and grill with full service lunch and dinner; an on-site market featuring Starbucks, pizza, ice cream, with a breakfast & lunch menu, pre-packaged snacks, drinks, and beach supplies so you never need to leave the resort if you don’t want to; there’s a parking garage with an air conditioned walkway so no need to worry about street traffic. Additionally there is a game room with pool table, ping pong and more, a fitness center the size of a local gym; 125 seat movie theater; an arcade & game room; a hard surface tennis court so bring your favorite racquet. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Myself, my wife, our two daughters, and my parents stayed here for a quick beach trip (Thursday-Saturday). The condo itself was beautiful and CLEAN. It was the perfect location. The condo itself had some many things that made being on the beech so enjoyable. Beds were super comfortable as well as the pillows. We had beach towels, coolers and toys to use everyday. The kitchen is nice with plenty of space to work in as well as having everything we needed to cook and save some money! Condo is close to everything! Coffee was supplied and we sure appreciated it upon arrival from Indiana. Plenty of towels to use in the bathrooms. The condo was absolutely beautify, very roomy and had everything we needed. Plenty of cook wear and dishes. We had beach toys, chairs and ever a few coolers for the beach! Plenty of games for an even family/friend night as well. Ana was very nice and quick to respond with any questions needed. We definitely loved the condo! The resort was nice to the only thing was security at times was not friendly (mainly just one particular female) they are kinda strict with pool. Kids are not allowed to have balls or any type of pool toys in the pool. This is nothing that Ana can control but thought I would share with others. The food was pretty good at the restaurant as well. All in all I give 5/5 rating very nice condo. Thank you for sharing with us the past week! ##### Kelleeta W. Our check in was at 4pm that day & we didn’t get to park in the garage assigned to majestic towers until after 12am.. we were told they could not send parking registrations until the next morning. meaning we had to pay for parking until then(we had already paid for our parking in our reservation.) it was a headache! Not to mention our code that was given did not work & check in was at 4pm. By midnight that night we finally got the code to our room to work!! The room was clean.
