This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for the responsible person so you can enjoy a nice relaxing stay. This is a newer listing for us and if you want to see the reviews for our other units in the same building or if this unit happens to be already booked for your ideal dates, please visit our other VRBO listings in the same building: VRBO # 2214079 and VRBO 9449166 This unit features a fully appliance well stocked stainless steel kitchen with solid surface countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, sleeps 8 comfortably (6 private + 2 on pull out sofa with queen mattress). The dining room seats 8 with 2 more at the side counter so everyone can enjoy eating together. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a full view of the Gulf opening up to your own 27 foot balcony. The master bath features a double vanity, soaking tub, stand up shower, and private commode. The second bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of storage. The second bed also has direct door access to the second bath, making it feel like another master suite. The third bedroom has a full size bed perfect for children or adults. The large living room has a jumbo flat screen TV, and opens to the private balcony looking directly onto the beach, with no obstructions so you can enjoy every sunset. This unit features plank and tile flooring with fun soothing colors throughout. The unit and balcony are smoke free so you can enjoy the fresh air at every turn, we were so inspired we even nicknamed the property SaltAir. Majestic Beach Resort has something for everyone. There’s the famous white sand beaches with beach chair and umbrella rentals on site; 5 pools including 2 indoor heated pools, 1 kiddie pool with fountain, 1 covered shadepool, and a large full outdoor pool with a waterfall; 3 hot tubs; a poolside bar and grill with full service lunch and dinner; an on-site market featuring Starbucks, pizza, ice cream, with a breakfast & lunch menu, pre-packaged snacks, drinks, and beach supplies so you never need to leave the resort if you don’t want to; there’s a parking garage with an air conditioned walkway so no need to worry about street traffic. Additionally there is a game room with pool table, ping pong and more, a fitness center the size of a local gym; 125 seat movie theater; an arcade & game room; a hard surface tennis court so bring your favorite racquet. We had issues getting in and called them and they helped us immediately. We brought our own beach equipment, but the condo even supplied that! It was clean and the owners were very responsive. We were happy with the condo. This next part has nothing to do with the condo, but the resort. The security is a joke. They are worried about the wrong things. We had our toddler in the hot tub and had a container of ducks next to the pool. The security who was watching the cameras called another security to come tell us to "move our drink from the pool". He then had to explain it was a container of ducks. Moments later, the security came back and told us we had to remove a floaty we had in the hot tub for our toddler. We would have not been in the hot tub if the indoor pool would have been properly heated. The pool was not heated the entire time of our stay. Maintenance was aware of the issue and was in no rush to fix it. The pool was freezing and my toddler was unable to swim in it. We went to the outdoor pool, which was also pretty chilly because it was shaded. The other outdoor pool that the sun was covering and I'm sure was warm, was shut down for "maintenance" the entire day. My toddler never got to swim. They are worried about open containers but not the kids roughhousing around the pool. The parking was a bit of a hassle. You have to enter from across the street on the 3rd floor. They give you 20 mins to park and unload, which is impossible. The resort needs better management. ##### Maitlyn K. The place is the BEST location! Right on the beach, huge balcony! Includes everything you need to spend the day at the beach or pool. Host is very responsive and communicative. We’ve stayed at Majestic many times and this room is by far the best we’ve ever had. The master bedroom view is beautiful. Very spacious! We are a family of 4 and the little ones enjoyed having their own sleeping space (ages 3 & 6). The owner, Ana, was very prompt with communication and will definitely recommend this unit to anyone else. Already counting down the days to our next trip! ##### Jordan S.
