The condo was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. The amenities were also way more than we expected. The beachside pool was our favorite hangout spot since there was direct access to the beach, pool, and restrooms. I also agree with the other reviews, super comfortable bed! I'd never been to Carillon Beach Resort before and had no idea what to expect. The construction equipment outside the main building where we were staying threw me, but all of that will probably be finished and cleared up soon. That's the only negative I can think of. The condo was super clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in besides my own. The view from our balcony was directly at the lake in front of us and you could see the ocean just over the buildings and homes on the other side of the development. A pleasant walk around the neighborhood and we were on the beach. There are pools, restaurants, and more on the property and it's just far enough away from the heart of PCB to be quiet and, in my opinion, more enjoyable. Private beach was the BEST! The place was comfortable and quiet even though it was next to the road. We loved the ease of the rental. Even though we used VRBO the folks at the front desk were very helpful. It was close to a great pizza place and a little beach cafe. The pools were very nice and convenient and never crowded. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach which was beautiful and much less crowded than the public beach.
