We loved being able to start our day on the balcony with coffee and end the day on the balcony with a drink from the pool bar. The host, Brandi, was super helpful and responded quickly when I reached out with questions - thank you! Our only complaints are with the Shores of Panama, not the unit we stayed in. The elevators! Holy cow! They will ruin a good mood quickly. Many times we waited 20 minutes to get on one going up or down. We got stuck on them twice, doors wouldn't open on the selected floors. ##### Danielle P. The view from the unit was absolutely stunning, overlooking both the expansive pool area and the sparkling ocean beyond. We encountered two minor issues during our stay, but both were resolved almost instantly with a quick text to Brandi, whose responsiveness was impressive. The condo itself had everything we needed, though a few more kitchen utensils would have been helpful. The only real drawbacks were the elevators, which had long wait times during busy hours, and the tight parking garage. Still, those were small inconveniences compared to all of the positives.
