LONG BEACH RESORT features beautiful landscaped tropical grounds, a 7500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and palm tree islands, two heated Polynesian pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill, one of the largest stretches of beach with 1300 feet of powder white beach frontage, and 24 hour gated security. On site availability of beach chair & umbrella rentals, jet-ski, para-sailing, banana boat rides and more.

2024 ALL NEW ELEVATORS. Parking lot directly in front of condo, (you do not have to cross the street.) Wal-Mart, and many restaurants nearby as well as golf courses, amusement parks and water parks.

Unit does have some personal beach chairs and beach items that renters are welcome to use.

Parking passes are $20 a piece with no mark up added.

No college Spring Breakers. The policy of the condo HOA requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo be 25 years of age or older. This policy is enforced, there are no exceptions.
