Welcome to Aprés 30A Villa and Congratulations - You have found the perfect home for your next beach vacation! Located in the heart of Seacrest Beach, Aprés 30A Villa is a stunning 4 bedroom home ideal for families or friend trips! Comfortably sleeping 10, you will find there is plenty of space in this well designed open concept home! With a fully stocked kitchen, seating for everyone, and outstanding balcony views, this home checks all the boxes! We pride ourselves in going the extra miles for our guests, which includes providing beach chairs, beach towels and four complimentary bikes (separate waiver required) for use during your stay! In addition to all this, you will have access to the neighborhood pool during your stay, which is one of the largest pools in the state of Florida. As an added bonus, the community provides a complimentary tram to bring you (and all of your gear!) ability to to the deeded beach access! Sleeping arrangements: This home sleeps 10 people: Bedroom 1 - King Bed with En Suite Bathroom Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed with En Suite Bathroom Bedroom 3 - 2 Queen Beds with En Suite Bathroom Bedroom 4 - King Bed with Adjoining Bathroom For your convenience, we provide beach towels and starter amenities for your stay. Included with your rental are: (2) Toilet paper rolls per bathroom (1) Roll of paper towels (4) Beach Towels (2) Trash bags (4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths) (1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom (1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens) (1) Starter set of laundry detergent (1) dawn soap and sponge Starter set of dishwasher soap (4) Keurig coffee pods \* Please note these are just starter amenities and not intended to last the length of your stay. Please pack accordingly. The home has space for two vehicles and there is additional parking in front of homes that is available on a first come first serve basis. Your personalized door code will be sent to you the day prior to your arrival. This home is located in Seacrest, right off highway 30a. It is a short distance to Rosemary Beach. There are several restaurants within walking or biking distance of the home. You will love the proximity to restaurants and shops as well as the overall peaceful setting of the neighborhood!
