Downtime Seacrest comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests, featuring two king suites with private baths, oversized bunk rooms built for kids or extra guests, and a bonus living area perfect for movie nights or game-day gatherings. Stylish details like hardwood floors, shiplap accents, and quartz countertops bring modern comfort to every space.  
  
Pets are welcome here too. This home is fully pet friendly with no restrictions (fee applies).

Nestled in the gated community of Treetop Village in Inlet Beach, the home gives you the best of both worlds: a quiet, private neighborhood with deeded beach access, dual entry from both Scenic Highway 30A and Highway 98, and the community pool located just steps from your back door.  
  
You will be minutes from Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and 30Avenue while staying tucked away from the busiest crowds. Walk or bike to restaurants and shops, hop on the complimentary beach tram, or simply enjoy the pool without leaving the neighborhood.  
  
Inside, high-end finishes make every room shine: shiplap accents, crown molding, quartz countertops, hardwood floors, and designer furnishings. The open-concept living area flows into a fully stocked kitchen with a spacious island, breakfast bar, and modern appliances.
