The layout was fantastic, the condo was impeccably organized with everything you need, beautifully decorated and was exceptionally clean. The property itself was great. But this unit is by far the best! Not only because the view is perfect but the unit is beautiful, clean, spacious and all the beds are absolutely amazing! The decorations are beautiful / beachy but not gaudy.. extremely classy! Aqua is a wonderful complex, pools and grills are clean. The poolside bar is affordable and convenient. The security is always checking on people and friendly. I really can’t say anything negative about this unit! Communication with owners was easy and promptly responded if I had a question! It was attractive and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils. The bedrooms were large with lots of storage. The Aqua staff were also very helpful. The beach was beautiful, and we were entertained by F-18 flyovers out of Pensacola. The host/owner responded promptly to all communications. His information sheets for the renters were very thorough. Our children are all adults now and it’s hard to get everyone together so we wanted it to be a nice experience for them. They LOVED it! This is our first time breaking away from a condo located down the beach from Aqua bc we loved the space it offered. We decided to try something different and it did not disappoint. This condo offered all of the space we are accustomed to and worked great for our family. Tastefully decorated, clean and most importantly the communication with the host was better than excellent! He was very responsive and helpful. He notified us when our room was ready. Never left us hanging for answers to our questions. We will not hesitate to stay at this condo again in the future.
