The house is in the Panama City Beach , West End neighborhood. It is right off Front Beach Road on the west side of Panama City Beach, FL. This neighborhood does not have high rises or condos and is a quiet, less populated area. Great for walking to local favorites or just stay at home and hit the beautiful white sand beaches. The house is in a four complex home community with a beautiful, quiet shared pool.

**Extended stay Discounts (Greater than 13 and 21 days) can only be applied for Down season - (December - excluding holiday season-, January, and February.)

Please be aware that during times of low temperatures (less than 45 degrees) the pool heater does not operate efficiently and will be temporarily turned off until temperatures return above 45 degrees.
