It’s and easy walk to the beach access, which we took several times with our 8 & 6 year old grandkids. 4 pools and hot tub, and all were clean and well maintained. Kids had to try each one! Condo is located on the west side/older side of PCB. Kids loved the bunk beds, and the rooms were well furnished and comfortable. Really appreciated the washer and dryer. Lots of little touches to help get us started. Short drive to Pier Park and lots of restaurants in between. There are no umbrellas or chairs to rent on beach, but we brought a our own because we knew this in advance. Beach was more quiet and family friendly to us. Coconuts restaurant was a favorite to walk to, and the staff was great! We would certainly come back. Thank you for a lovely stay! ##### Heather P. Kitchen was well stocked for eating in. I appreciated that there was a vacuum so we could vacuum up sand. The neighborhood claims that bracelets are required for anyone on the property, but unless you’re going to be using the pools, I’d save your money and not pay for those and only buy the parking pass-it was a waste of money for us since all we did was walk to and from the beach. ##### Mary M.
