Fantastic Stay- Highly Recommend

We recently stayed at the Splash Resort and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The booking process and check in was simple and straightforward, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming.The condo was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We did have a small plumbing issue in the kitchen, but after a quick message to Pinaki, it was fixed within the hour. We were impressed with how fast and efficiently it was handled.If you’re looking for a great place to stay at Splash Resort, I would absolutely recommend booking this condo. It made our vacation stress-free and enjoyable from beginning to end.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay with kids!

My family and I were very pleased with the Splash resort. The unit was the perfect size for my family of 6. The kids loved the splash pads and the lazy river. The beach was very clean and chairs that were provided were comfortable and set up early every morning. We would definitely come again.

Family spring break trip

We love staying at splash for our family spring break! It is a family friendly resort with a lazy river and heated pools. We love the pool bar food and getting ice cream at Coco Locos. The unit was wonderful! Lots of space. Very clean! It’s on the 17th floor. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo!

The condo was so beautiful and clean upon check-in! We had a small issue with the plumbing in the master bathroom shortly after check-in, but I messaged Pinaki on the VRBO app and he was super quick to respond. He had someone there to look at the issue that evening and then had someone come back and fix the issue a day later. We loved this condo at Splash Resort, (clean, well stocked, beautiful views), and Pinaki is a great host! I definitely recommend staying here.

Great time

We always enjoy our stay at Splash. It’s an excellent resort with clean pools and safe environment. This condo was better priced than the last unit we stayed which is great in this economy but it was lacking n other areas. Although minor and not part of the package, this unit lacked the home feel such as spices, coffee filters, spatula, etc. Those items are clearly not a deal breaker but somewhat inconvenient. The owner was polite and responsive to questions. The unit was clean and located right off elevator so easy access. Thank you for sharing your unit with my family☺️

Great Family Vacation!

As a family of 4 with children at ages 3 & 7 we were very pleased with the condo. It offered great amenities, great views and plenty for the entire family to do. We loved the access to our beach chairs and the walk from beach to condo was easy to do. We will be staying again in the future!

Great property and location!

This was the second year we stayed in this particular unit. Can’t beat the location and the amenities. It’s like getting a week long pass to a water park as well as gulf-front convenience. We will stay again!

It was nice. However the elevator situation was not convenient at all. To many people to few elevators. By no means do I blame the owner of the condo we rented. The condo was extremely clean and nice. It was very well kept. The only real issues were the elevators. Everyone was complaining. The HOA should make the building management add more elevators.

Good location, easy parking and clean condo. Elevators are a little slow in this building so be patient, nothing that would keep me from booking. Did have an issue with AC at check in, contacted the property owner and they were quick to respond and engage maintenance. I would stay here again.

Great Vacation

This property was amazing. It was a great location with a beautiful beach view. The beach was beautiful and clear. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Booking was very easy. The owners were extremely helpful. Check in was fairly easy. The only disappointment was the crowd when we arrived for check in. We were on the 17th floor and there were no carts available for unloading our luggage from the car and taking to our room and there still was no cart available that night to take our groceries up so we all carried our luggage and groceries to the room and the line for the elevators was very long so we waited for some time and our teens took the stairs. This resort is great for young children with all the water activities but we were there for a week and never got to enjoy the hot tub because it stayed full of kids until it closed every night. But again, the beach was beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful that we had a front row beach chair and umbrella every morning. I will recommend this place to my friends and family for sure.
