You will find style and beauty on your laid back coastal getaway. Let us raise your comfort level in this spacious unit that has sweeping views of the Gulf from its private balcony, great for watching sunsets and relaxing. This property also offers easy access to the Laguna Beach Access which is only a short walk away! Important Information \- Community Pool Usage: Hours of operation are from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM. The max bathing load is 20 people. Layout of the Home 1st Floor: Entrance and garage access. 2nd Floor: Kitchen, living room, dining room, and a large balcony overlooking the south side of Front Beach Road. To the West, you can see the Gulf of Mexico and the sugary white sand beaches. The first king suite is located just off the kitchen featuring a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower, and double vanity sink. 3rd Floor: The master suite overlooks the south side of Front Beach Road and has partial views of the Gulf of Mexico from the West. Guests will love the king sized bed, ample closet space, and tasteful coastal décor. This bedroom has it’s own en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and double sink vanity. Guest Bedroom 2 includes a king sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The 4th bedroom is a bunk room with 4 full size bunks and a large walk in closet. This room shares a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower. Outdoor Space Relax at the community pool area with occupancy for up to 20 people. Guests can relax in the pool or soak up the Florida sun on the pool deck. The townhouse community also features an easy access path to the public beach which is less than 350 yards away.
