Our building is the newest high-rise condominium on the beach and offers a quiet get-away from all the crowds, however just 5 minutes from the popular Pier Park entertainment, shopping, and dining district. Tropic Winds is a perfect destination for family vacations, reunions, and romantic getaways with lots of amenities including an indoor/outdoor pool, large Jacuzzi hot tub, steam room, dry sauna, fitness room, outdoor grills, and more. Our building is directly on the beach, just step on to the soft white sand and surf. Just a short walk along our beautiful beach you'll find fun water activities, including jet skis, sailboats, and parasailing. Your stay will be unforgettable as you'll see breathtaking views of the gulf and miles of coastline from our 15th floor unit. Our huge 10 X 28 ft. balcony is an ideal vantage point to routinely spot schools of fish, sting rays, and dolphins. This unit does not look like your typical rental. It’s very updated, modern, well maintained and incredibly clean. Owner was great with communication. We had no issues during the stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable. All the fixtures are high end. I have never seen a rental unit with such high end amenities. Impeccably kept - no scuffs on the walls, baseboards were squeaky clean. Accent lighting throughout. Great pre-visit communication from the owner prior to our visit. We loved the condo so much! This was our first time staying at Tropical winds. Compared to other condominiums we’ve stayed at in PCB, we really liked this one because of the super fast elevators and convenient parking underneath. Saved so much time coming and going! I also LOVED having a reserved parking spot all week. Just little things that really helped make our stay more enjoyable. My teens loved the outdoor cornhole set. They played daily before heading to the beach. The pool is really nice because it is indoor and outdoor, so it’s great if you need to take some breaks from the sun. If we got too hot at the beach, we would come up and take a break at the pool. It was nice and refreshing. The beach service is also very nice to have! The young men working the beach service were all so nice and polite. The beach was beautiful and well kept. Also a lot less crowded than others we’ve been too. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, but did have a few random questions here and there and Gary was super responsive when I reached out. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!!!! ##### Stacy S. Jul 11, 2023 #### Great Condo The condo has fantastic views and was both well appointed and very clean. We had an excellent stay and found the facilities folks to be very friendly. While we had a brief outage of the internet, it was resolved fully and quickly and did not impact our stay. It was probably too much room for my husband and I’s little getaway, but it was reasonably priced and on the “quiet” end of PCB. We loved having guaranteed parking with an assigned spot. Check in and check out was easy. It had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. ##### Melissa M.
