Perfectly situated on the fourth floor for optimal views and sounds of the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico, you'll be in awe of the white sandy beaches and soothing sounds of the waves lapping against the beach. The primary bedroom as well as the open floor plan of the kitchen, living room and dining room overlook these same gorgeous Gulf views and offer access to the balcony. Your fully-equipped kitchen is ready for you to cook or bake anything you desire! Your bunk area will offer plenty of room for two more people. Also included is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. Take advantage of one of the multiple shared pools available and take a deliciously refreshing swim there. If you'd like to rest after a long trip or after spending the day at the beach, the shared hot tub or steam room has your back! The Tidewater Beach Resort also offers more shared amenities that include a game room, fitness room, shared grills, and BBQ area. For shopping, dining, and activities for the kids, Pier Park is a short walk, only 0.8 miles away. Dolphin experiences are a bit over one and a half miles away at Gulf World. Coconut Creek Family Fun Center is six miles away as well as WonderWorks. Local dining favorites such as Dusty's Oyster Bar & Dining, The Brass Tap, Buddy's Seafood Market, and Pompano Joe's are all less than a mile from the property. THINGS TO KNOW Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella). Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. It was very clean and it had a very well stocked kitchen. I had read that there was no hair dryer but there is. There's one in each bathroom...so don't bring one like I did. Very clean and accommodating. Plus the added bonus that it's low enough that you don't have to take the elevators which have long wait times during peak hours. The toilet paper holders in both bathrooms had something brown (hopefully just rust) all over the tops of them. I tried to wipe it off, but I couldn't get it all off. The loveseat in the living room was a bit too much for the size of the room, and we kept stumping our toes going from the living room to the kitchen. The couch and loveseat were very comfortable, but we didn’t use the pullout bed in the couch so I can't vouch for how comfortable it is. We had a great view from our balcony. For reference, room 406 is directly across from elevators so the lights above the elevators does shine through making it look like daytime all night long. All in all we had a good stay. We’re not too picky but the bed was harder than any I’ve ever slept on. Not quite appropriate for hosting most people at a rental home. Also a potential problem is the room and master bedroom being located immediately across from the elevators. Unfortunately we won’t rent this particular unit again for those reasons. ##### Megan W. I’ve stayed other places and the elevators are way worst! Three things i would do to improve the place. 1\. Change the toilet paper holder in master it’s rusted and old. 2\. Get the curved shower curtain rod- it makes the shower seem bigger. 3\. New mattress. The bed was very uncomfortable. I’m skinny and my hip bones are bruised cause i sleep on my sides- highly recommend if you come and they haven’t changed the mattress- to bring a mattress topper.
