The condo was as pictured. It was clean and nicely decorated. Communication with the host for check-in was very easy. We are a family of five with two teens and a ten year old. The space was cozy for the 3 nights we were there. For a longer trip, I would probably stay at their sister property with 2 bedrooms. The welcome information was appreciated. This was our first time to Carillon Beach. We enjoyed the private beach access with less crowding. We were happy a wagon with chairs and umbrellas were available for our use. The beach access was not a far walk for us and we loved walking around the beautiful neighborhood to get to the beach. We didn’t see where there was a gate on the ground we could have entered so had to carry the wagon with beach gear up the steps to the gate access (not a big deal but may be an inconvenience to some). We enjoyed the pickleball and basketball courts in the evenings. My girls and I enjoyed stopping at the Salty Bottle & Brew coffee shop every morning. The only thing that I wasn’t able to use was the grill on the patio, it’s an older electric George Foreman and was fairly dirty as it looks like it hadn’t been used in some time, which worked out ok since I had a full stove inside. It was perfect! Everything we needed was there as it is very well stocked. My daughter and I were there for a wedding, and the location of this condo was perfect for all of the wedding festivities throughout the weekend. The host was amazing!!
