The dining area includes a table that seats six guests, along with a bar that seats three. The kitchen is fully equipped and newly renovated with granite counter-tops, nice appliances and new cabinets.

There is a washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable & DVD player and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is carpeting in the living, dining and bedrooms all other areas have tile. The balcony has five chairs, two small tables and one large table. View-faces the water, you can also see down the beach East/West, with a sunset view. This unit also has parking underneath building for one vehicle.
