It was not on the beach directly, but across the street. The checkin was very confusing of where to park and where the elevators are. Maybe a small map would have helped. Overheard other guests complain about the confusion also. There were 2 elevators by our room (only 1 was working). Other elevators on each end had the same problem. The washer only washed in hot water (even when I set dial on cold). Nice to have washer but not only hot water. The complex is showing its age and is in need of maintenance. Many marks and gouges on the walls and door entrances from the hallway.
