Situated along Front Beach Road in the upscale Laguna Beach neighborhood and with a full view of the Gulf of Mexico, the Laguna Matata vacation rental is a beautifully decorated, 3,120-square-foot private home for up to 12 people. You will delight in the beach view from the comfortable living room, which is located on the home’s first floor along with the amply sized dining room, spacious modern kitchen and bunk room ideal for the little ones. Windows along the front of the house welcome in that gorgeous Florida sunshine. The fresh, modern kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals for the entire crew. Your living room comes with plenty of seating and a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. A full bath is connected to the bunk room, and the additional half-bath is conveniently near the kitchen. Upstairs you will find four updated bedrooms with ensuite baths, including two primary bedrooms with views of the beach and private access via sliding glass doors to the balcony overlooking the Gulf. The balcony features a hot tub, table and chairs. The service we received was not. We had issues getting the door code to work upon arrival. We had a shower that wouldn’t drain, a bedroom door that fell off the hinges and the pool hadn’t been cleaned. I think I contacted management 5 different times during our stay which is more than I have in my entire life. The house is as described but calling or texting about multiple things with no response should be unacceptable when paying that price per night. We actually already had someone contact us about the issues we had and she was very apologetic even offering us a discount but I still felt the need to post this.
