NEW FLOORS! Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026\. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18\. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs. During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways. • The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th. • The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th. • The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project. • Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. We watched dolphins from the balcony every morning. The beach is also a short walk, the pool has a great staff and offers food, drinks, and ice cream. We received lots of Tornado warnings and lots of rain, but we were fortunate that the weather cleared and we were able to enjoy the weather for the remainder of the week! The condo was very nice! I thought if the rest of the condo looked like this, I would be very upset. The door looked like it had been beat on, paint peeling and you could not read the numbers on the keypad at all. The deadbolt on the door would not work. I was the first to enter the condo and immediately started comparing it to the pics on VRBO. The carpet was emerald green, stained in many places and spots that were very discolored. Some of the furniture was different. We discovered the love seat was wet. (Like someone had tried to clean it.) We could not sit on it. There were no pillowcases for the pillows in the closet for the sofa sleeper, so we didn't use it. The comforter on one of the queen size beds had tears at the seams on the top. (Coming apart at the seams from washing probably.) The air conditioner was great and the furniture on the patio was awesome We stayed out there enjoying the view more than inside. I did really like the layout of the condo. Oasis pool is great and the bar served good drinks and snacks. The beach front isn't as crowded as in front of other resorts which is nice too. Jun 9, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Well equipped unit, convenient to beach and pools The unit was well equipped with kitchen essentials (however no salt or pepper - which may be their policy, but this is the first time I’ve encountered this). Large balcony with plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable. My only negative (it has nothing to do with the unit) is the complex seemed to lack some restrictions that we have come to cherish - Extremely loud boom boxes at the pools (and beach) and a lot of smoking around the pool were not against the rules. When we return to PCB will probably stay in another area That said- Kim’s condos was great to work with and would recommend them, this area just wasn’t for us. ##### Joe B.
