This property does not allow groups of adults 25 and under, no exceptions! Sleeps 6 comfortably! Max occupancy is 6 guests. City ordinances do not allow for more than 6 people. Luxurious accommodations with all the amenities of home! The minute you open the door, you will feel like you are at the beach. Luxurious vinyl flooring throughout with beach themed decor. King bedroom suite features a gel memory foam mattress, TV, wardrobe chest, full bathroom with a jetted whirlpool tub. All Linens are provided! Separate bunk room features twin bunk beds with gel memory foam mattresses which will accommodate children/adults 200 lbs. and under. There is no door to this area, it is off the hallway. Next to the bunk room is a full bathroom with enclosed walk-in shower. The kitchen, with all new cabinets and quartz countertop, will have all the amenities of home. Everything was very clean and nice just as pictured. The view of the ocean from the balcony was great and my entire family (husband and 2 kids under 8) loved everything about it. The rental even had beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler in case you didn't bring any of those items. I love to cook and there was a wide selection of cooking utensils and kitchen items to use too. Reading all the reviews helped in making the decision to choose this Condo. The view from the living room and balcony is spectacular, we gotta watch dolphins Christmas morning. Well stocked kitchen if you plan to cook sometimes. Heidi responds to your queries pretty quickly. The mattresses are very comfortable, got a good sleep. Felt like home. The bed in the main bedroom was not comfortable and you could hear a lot of noise in the hallway in the evenings. The elevators were super slow during peak times and you could wait 20-40 minutes for an elevator at times. With the room being so high up, taking the stairs was just not ideal. She went over and beyond to make sure our vacation was amazing. Bless her she even left us a Christmas present. She texted us and let us know where we could watch fireworks on New Year’s Eve, without us even asking her to. The unit was exactly as described, fully stocked. The bed was AMAZING!!!
