Guest Registration is paid to Sunbird directly through their Park N Spot System and is not included in your reservation. Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must be registered. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice.
This beachfront condo has a laid back coastal casual vibe. You'll enjoy relaxing on the comfy queen sleeper sofa and watching the man-sized TV with DirecTV Streaming. The amazing views will take your breath away from the second you walk in.
You will find your perfect place in paradise when you step onto the balcony for unlimited views in both directions where the emerald green water meets the ever-changing colors of the sky. Enjoy your morning coffee and sunset celebrations here on your private balcony overlooking the amazing Gulf.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook from your favorite family meals to a quick snack. There is a drip coffee maker and Keurig! You can even see the ocean while you are cooking. What could be better?
The dining area seats 4 comfortably, with a gorgeous view of the endless ocean. The dining table is great for game night, too!
The main bedroom suite has a comfy queen-sized bed and offers a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. You'll drift off to sleep on high thread count sheets that are silky smooth. The main bedroom adjoins the full bath with a tub shower combo and a vanity. The thirsty white towels are great after you wash the day away.
Sunbird is a gated community with 24/7/365 security, three pools, sunning decks, tennis court, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, on-site fitness center and charcoal barbecue grills for poolside cook-outs.
