The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The villa was exactly like the pictures. Everything was super nice and our host was fantastic! There were no blowdryers and she had some delivered the same day. I would definitely recommend renting this villa!

The property was very clean, well decorated and maintained. My family all slept very well on the comfortable beds, which is a top priority when traveling. We were close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this property.

The condo was a good size for our family of six. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable. It’s a quiet area. The walk to the main pool and beach is a bit long, but not too bad. We would stay here again.

#### Family Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful week at Lily Pond! The villa exceeded our expectations and was clean, updated beautifully and supplied with all the essentials we needed for our stay. The location is perfect! Even though it’s not directly on the beach it’s a close walk and there is a convenient tram that does pick up and drop offs on the propery. The kids loved the pool and the resort entertainment which included live music and evening movie night by the pool. We will definitely be back!

Kelley was a wonderful host. She was top notch with communication & so easy to work with. The condo was BEAUTIFUL!!! Each rooms decor complimented the next. The color schemes were spot on. This unit is very up-to-date. The kitchen had everything (newer appliances, nice dishes & good cookware) that I needed for our stay. I spend lots of time in the kitchen on vacation bc I love baking and cooking…..this one was perfect. There was enough seating at the table and in the living room for all 6 of us. The TV’s were huge. The bathrooms were very clean. The master bathroom, sink & closet were large. The master bed was so comfy! The patio was also nice & clean with updated furniture. There’s just not enough words to describe how EXTREMELY Nice this condo is. We hope to become rerun guests each summer. 😎

We loved our stay at the Edgewater! However, I feel that the cleaning staff could have done a much better job on the floors. We literally had to clean the floors before we could let our little one explore. However, overall, it was a great condo and very easy to lease. Thanks for being so accomodating! K. Cole
