Just Beachy, Sunbird 708E will let you spend your next Panama City Beach, Florida getaway watching the waves crash against the sugary white sands and bask in beachfront bliss! This one bedroom/one bathroom beachfront property is located on the 7th floor in the East Tower so you are within steps of the East Tower pool, grilling area and steps to the beach. "Just Beachy" comfortably sleeps 4-two on the beachfront queen sized sofa sleeper (great room) and two on the king bed in the master bedroom. Walk to World Famous Pineapple Willy's located next door to Sunbird Resort and enjoy lunch or a beautiful sunset dinner from the pier. A 2-3 night minimum stay is required. Minimum age to rent is 25\. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside condo. Enjoy the beach view from every room in this condo. It's right there in your "back yard!" Kick back and relax on the living room's queen sized sofa sleeper. You can even 'surf by the surf' with free high speed internet access! Step out onto your patio and enjoy the view from 7th floor. The pool and the beach are literally just steps from your condo! You can see a sunrise, sunset, and everything in between. You'll enjoy sitting here and just watching the world go by!
