Sip a cool drink by the sparkling saltwater pool while breathing in the salty air. This 3 bedroom 2 bath, one-level, home is an excellent location in the quieter west end of Panama City Beach. However, you're still just minutes from Pier Park that boasts 100's of shopping and restaurant options, a movie theater, and ferris wheel (our new SkyWheel). There is a fully equipped Kitchen with a Drip / Keurig coffee maker combo, Rachel Ray pots and pans, and table and breakfast bar that overlooks the pool in the backyard. This fantastic beach home sleeps up to 9 people. Smart TVs only and WIFI only. No Cable. Pet Friendly! $250 pet non-refundable fee. Up to 2 dogs. IMPORTANT: Please be aware that a Rental Agreement will be emailed upon booking with e-signature due back within 24 hours. We also require an image of your Driver's License and a Selfie holding your Driver's License. This helps protect you as a card holder and us from massive losses in fraudulent chargebacks. Thank you for understanding. FAQ'S: 1\. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY CLEANING OR PROPERTY PREP FEE?: The bulk of your fee goes towards the off-site professional laundering. For efficiency of time and to preserve the life of the washers/dryers, we do not launder in the property. Property preparation starts prior to arrival. Cleaners separate and bag up sheets, duvets/blankets, and towels needed for each property off-site. Once a cleaner arrives, they start with removal of all prior linens, towels, and duvets/blankets. These are placed in a set of laundry bags, removed from the property, and prepped for the professional laundry service. Cleaners then move on to making the beds and placing the linens/terry/amenities. Finally, they then move to what is traditionally thought of as cleaning: flat surfaces, appliances, bathrooms, floors, etc. 2\. WHAT AMENITIES / TOILETRIES ARE AT THE PROPERTY, IF ANY?: When we refer to "amenities" in this sense, we mean a starter items (gets you through first night then you need to shop): Mini-Shampoo, mini-conditioner, mini-body wash or soap, hand soap, paper towels (1 roll), toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom), dishwasher tab (1), laundry tab (1). Note this is by bathroom count and kitchen. Not by guest count. 3\. DO YOU INCLUDE LINENS AND TOWELS?: Beach Towels are NOT provided. WHAT IS A DAMAGE WAIVER AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?: Most of the industry has moved towards damage waivers vs. refundable security deposits. This was by far the best stay - location was great - near beach, bars, restaurants, grocery store, well lit neighborhood. My two dogs loved the fenced in yard and we loved the pool and the entire set up of the home. The cleaning lady Karen lived right next door and was outstanding!! I would book this again. Just one suggestion - for a property of this caliber a few nice not expensive lounge chairs for the pool would make a nice addition. ##### Jeanne S. We stayed here with some friends for the Ironman Florida event. The location was an easy, short bike ride away from the Ironman venue. Plenty of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. The house provided plenty of room for two couples and a small dog. The salt-water pool is a great addition and provided a nice place to relax pre- and post-race! We had an issue with a water leak when we arrived in the bathroom, and the property manager and owner were quick to respond and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again! ##### Stacey C. The home did not disappoint! In a quiet neighborhood, convienent to all of the amenities in PCB and the beach. Home was well furnished and pool and fenced back yard was perfect and amazing addition that allowed us to relax during the day with family and hit the beach and nightlife at night. Pet friendly which was a must for us and the separate "dog park" in the back yard was super convenient and appreciated. There were upgrades being done while there as it was new to the short term rental market but communication with management was quick and easy and any work was unobtrusive and handled well. We will definitely rent from sandseeker vacation again and highly recommend them and this home! Thank you for an amazing, easy breezy stay! Couldn't be more happy! ##### mary w. HOUSE WAS VERY DIRTY NEEDED A UPDATE. THE POOL GUY CAME HE SAID HE BEEN TELLING THEM TO STOP RENTING IT OUT UNTIL THEY FIX THE POOL. THE MANGER CALL ME AND SAID HE WAS GIVING 50 PRECENT BACK ! The outside id the home has black mold all around the fence. Mold and mildew on the outside door and windows. Poold had a lot of sand in it. The sprinkers came on twiceca day to water the mold, weeds and mud. The washer in the garage walked across the floor and comes unplugged and blocks the door. Lots of cabinets have loose knobs, under the sinks stinks of mildew. The master bath shower cold water knob turns all the wsy around making it hard to turn off. However the people maintaining it are obviously very cheap, and like to rig things. The basic things required for cooking are not there. No cookie/baking sheet, frying pans are rusted non stick surfaces are cut though and un-usable. Hot water in the main bath sink didn't work. None of the shower/bathtubs had drain plugs forcing us to shower young children. The refrigerator leaked because of a broken filter. The outdoor shower did not work. The sand area along the side of the home was so overgrown with weeds it was unusable. Mold in the bathrooms and on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. Broken shower curtains held in place with wire retainers. Broken window in the kids room filled with water and mold. Several blinds broken and unusable. I replaced two myself. Warped and rotten vanity in the bathroom from water damage. Air filter for the ac/furnace was disgusting and filled with lint. Broken lock to the pool area that would prevent the children access to that area. Maintenance showed up promptly, but didn't make repairs till last day of our stay. This is really a sad case.
