Loved spending time on the patio listening to the ocean at night. Nice, unpopulated beach area compared to other beaches in the area. My room was clean and in a great location. Edgewater has a nice restaurant called Ocean's that has a variety of food available (portions are big so plan on sharing) and prices were reasonable for an ocean front view. Edgewater has so many pools. The pool at Tower 2 are super busy so I liked the pool at Tower 3 because it wasn't as crowded. Edgewater also has a little store called Edgie's where you can pick up sandwiches, ice cream, soft drinks, coffee... almost anything you need. Edgewater also has a nice selection of alcoholic beverages at both bars. I will stay at Edgewater on our next visit because this resort has everything. Room was just as advertised, nice and clean and everything in good working order. Some things were updated and some were a little dated. But overall a very nice room and perfect gulf front location. The condo was spacious and clean. The view was amazing. Having two bathrooms is always a plus to a one bedroom condo stay. The only issue we had was with the rental company. We returned to the condo after running errands to a maintenance person changing the battery of the key pad. No issue with that, although it would have been nice to have been made aware of this occurring. The maintenance worker needed to leave to get a replacement lock when he was unable to fix it with the items he brought. He had to leave to go get parts, which meant we had to stay in our condo because there was no lock on the door and the door would not shut. He returned and fixed it as promptly as possible. When we reached out to the rental company with our concerns and a request to be made aware of any further maintenance, the response we received was curt. This would not keep us from renting this property again. Just hoping to have better communication in this area in the future. All other areas of communication from check-in to check-out procedures were seamless and we enjoyed our stay. ##### Mary M.
