With a spacious onsite pool, outdoor grilling area and superb location next to scenic 30A - vacation time spent here is effortless. Inlet Dunes #105 has modern finishes and accommodates up to 6 guests amongst a master bedroom, twin bunk nook and sleeper sofa.

Guests at Inlet Dunes #105 will enjoy seamless walk out access to a private balcony overlooking the gated pool and community grilling area. The private beach gate opens directly facing the Inlet Beach Regional Access which offers restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking and picnic areas. The coastal town of Rosemary Beach is just a 5-minute bicycle ride down the street while the upscale shops, restaurants, and outdoor concerts of 30Avenue are less than 5-minutes to the North! For modest families seeking a well-spent vacation on the Emerald Coast, or an intimate group of friends looking for a quick celebratory getaway - checkin time is 4PM at Inlet Dunes #105!

We had stayed at Inlet Dunes before. The place this time was very clean. The area is so quiet and such quick walk to the beach. The pool needed a little clean up. The TV's in the room were a little difficult to set up. We will be back.

Nice location
Property was good maintained, except the pool. I realize there was a storm but still 3 days later a lot of debris was floating in the pool. Property is very close to the beach. Unfortunately if you stay on the 2nd floor you can't see the water because of the trees in front of the patio. I guess the 3rd floor is a better choice ? Just in case you expect a better view. Overall a nice appartment , clean, and with everything you need. We would come back again.
