At the center is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring dual ovens, a six-burner gas stove with part flat top, and island seating for 4\. The highlight of this level is the expansive balcony, perfect for soaking up the sun. The wraparound balcony runs along the side of the house and leads to a covered terrace in the back, furnished with plenty of shaded seating. It's the ultimate spot to take in the panoramic views of Rosemary Beach and unwind above it all (and what gives 'The Watchtower' its fitting name)! Located just across the courtyard above the garage, the separate carriage house provides a private space for extra guests.
