The home features beautiful furnishings throughout and a cozy beach vibe so you can feel right at home. Within a short walk/bike ride, you will find many great shops, restaurants, bars and other activities not only in Seacrest Beach but also in the neighboring communities of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach. You will enjoy the outdoor living spaces on both the first and second floor of the home. The back porch on the first floor is a perfect relaxation spot for a fun filled active day biking on 30A or fun in the sun on the beach. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms. One bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle and a set of twin bunks. The bunk room has a private bath! The second bedroom is one of the Master bedrooms. It has a king-sized bed and private bath. This floor also has a guest bedroom with two full sized beds. Also on this floor is a huge laundry room with ample counter space. The second floor is home to an awesome open, living, dining space. A second king master bedroom with private bath also available on this floor. The outdoor space for this home cannot be beat. On the first floor you will find a large screened in porch with plenty of seating. The balcony on the second floor has a dining table with 6 chairs and a couple of outdoor couches that surround a TV! \*\* As of January 1, 2022, Golf Carts are prohibited in Seacrest Beach. Violators will be fined by the HOA.\*\* \*\*30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival\*\* \*\*No Pets! No Smoking! No Parties! We loved having the green space out back for the kids to play and throw balls. The back patio was amazing! We enjoyed sitting out there reading and watching movies. The beaches were very crowded which was uncomfortable; however, they are so beautiful here. The house location was great - close to the pool and not a long walk to the beach. The tram service is a plus! The screened in porch was our favorite. To start, I am picky and a neat freak. The house needs a deep clean and the furniture needs freshing up. There were crumbs in all the drawers and cabinets and all the door handles and knobs needed a good scrub down. The silverware needs attention. The outdoor cushions need to be replaced. Sep 6, 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### COVID-19 The property was great! Plenty of room, clean, close to everything. Beautiful grounds, pools, etc. Unfortunately, the teens next door partied daily with very loud music. The lovely screened porch with a great TV was hard to enjoy with all the partying and loud music going on, sometimes late into the night. The week we were there was also the beginning of the shutdown of beaches, restaurants, and the pools because of COVID-19\. Couldn’t be helped, no one’s fault, things happen. Captains Choice is our new family vacation spot. We spent about half of our time on the second floor balcony. It was so comfortable. The hot tub was a really nice amenity and the bikes were a hit. May 24, 2018 #### Perfect House! This house is super clean and spacious. We enjoyed everything about it. All the porches were very comfortable, large and perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The 2nd floor screened porch is where we spent most of our time with the living area with TV and dining area. The porch just below this one has a large hot tub that we soaked in most nights. Inside was perfect as well. The house is very neat, clean and clutter free. The main living area/dining/kitchen is HUGE. I felt like we could have fit 3 more families in there. All the beds were super comfortable and no one had any complaints. The bikes that came with the house were a very nice touch. In fact we ended up renting 4 more from the provider. We highly recommend!
