Unit 104 is a ground floor condo , closest to the gate and beaches. The condo has a queen bed in the master, bunk beds for children , and a sleeper sofa, accomadting 6 guest comfortably for the wonderful home stay . No pets . There is a washer and dryer in the condo for the guest to use, and there are many walking possibilities with Sandpeper Resort by for a quick bite to eat or beer at the bar. They did not tell me the water is turned off on Wednesday evenings though. I was sitting on the beach by two groups who own/rent at Horizon South who got messages the water was going off and they discussed that it was a regular occurrence. Would have been nice to know.
