Layout was nice and beach access was very easy. Kinda wish all the pools were together (one is at resort and one is across the street at the parking garage/front desk). Parking is good with a covered garage that is secured. Within walking distance of mini entertainment and food venues. The condo itself was spotless when we entered, They must have a really great cleaning contract. The number of bedrooms and two extra bunks plus the pull out couch allowed for multiple different sleeping options. We have already discussed possibly booking this. My only 2 very minor complaints were that we were without the washer/dryer for 2 1/2 days. And it was just routine replacement, not due to a leak or anything. And the bed was too high and soft for this 5’2 gal! Lol!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend this place. And would come back if the opportunity arose! It was a fantastic week!!!!! ##### Karen K. Upon check in the counter tops had sand on them. Refrigerator had left over food in it! Coffee table had clothing pricing stickers stuck on it! Vouch has several stains in which some stains looks like dried blood. Table had dried blood on it that had not been wiped off. A kitchen cabinet had sunflower seeds that previous guest had spit them into! Garbage in bathroom and kitchen had not been taken out! Check-In was later than we hoped for and once we got the text stating we could check in, the cleaning people were still in the room. The garbage disposal was backed up therefore leaving our sink was full of water and crud, the maintenance people came, but couldn't fix it right away and had to come by 4 times. The water was totally cut off at the building twice and we had to go elsewhere to shower. The elevators were out the last day so we had to be creative on how to load our luggage with a huge cart. We reached out to the owner several times and her staff got back with us and told us the manager would reach out but she never did. Walk in shower and a bathtub. A few issues when we arrived but once we called management, they took care of it. Pretty well stocked with kitchen items, but we didn’t have any potholders or trivets. The unit was great but complex itself had problems. It is a dual complex with two different brands. Emerald on one side and Wyndham on the other side. One set of elevators didn’t work on Emerald side but you could use any elevators. Escalator down from parking garage was down most of the week. Had to wait usually in a line for elevator. We had one person who couldn’t walk a lot, but access around was fairly easy even to the beach. We were on 13th floor and that was not a problem. We did have an issue with a security lady when we were coming in day one. We were letting the person with walking trouble out at the unloading zone. It was busy and the right side was packed. As we got out car she was yelling we couldn’t unload here multiple times. We only had their two little bags out of the back to grab quickly. She kept yelling at us. We got out anyway. My friend could not walk it from parking lot after day of traveling. Even with the issues, we would still stay there again. Just thought if anyone else needed to know of possible issues getting around. Again the condo itself was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. I would say the 2nd bedroom could use some new bedding.
