Hartsfield Cottage is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home that sleeps 11 people located just six lots from the beach in popular Rosemary Beach. It also has a one bedroom, one bath Carriage House that sleeps 4 and is rented separately. No expense was spared with this home: marble lined master bath with free standing garden tub, solid cedar beams frame the vaulted living room ceiling, stained oak floors, Viking appliances in the kitchen and imported lighting throughout the house and two dining areas. Centrally located and just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. You will also be able to have access to all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools, 8 clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers. Ground Floor: Entry hall outfitted with bench leads to foyer and three bedrooms on this floor. Lovely oak floors in each room. King master bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, 42” LCD TV, chest of drawers, mirror, 2 side chairs and French door to the courtyard area. Private master bath has his/hers sinks, soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. Queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, 36” LCD TV, closet and French doors to the front porch. The front porch faces a quiet boardwalk which leads to the beach just 150 walking steps away and has Adirondacks. The queen bedroom’s private bath has vanity sink and tub/shower. Bunk bedroom has two bunks – one with double bed below a twin, and the other one has two twins, side table with lamp, dresser, French door to the front porch, 36” LCD TV, closet and a private bath with vanity sink and tub/shower. Laundry room off foyer has high-end front loading washer and dryer. Wireless internet. Second Floor: This floor has the living, dining and kitchen areas. Large living room with vaulted ceiling has an L-shaped sectional sofa, 2 plush side chairs, coffee table, 56” LCD TV, Blu-ray DVD, sofa table with two lamps, and 3 window seats. Three French doors lead from the living room to the covered porch – enjoy the warm breezes and views of the Gulf of Mexico, the courtyard, the boardwalk and the private pathway while lounging in the two rockers and 2 tall cocktail height chairs. Dining area features a large tall square table with eight chairs (2 extras can also be brought up to table), 2 plush side chairs, French doors to a side porch with cafe tables and chairs. Kitchen with adjacent breakfast area. Breakfast area has love seat, small table and 2 chairs and 2 bench seats (6 people could fit cozily), iPod dock and 32” LCD TV. Kitchen has bar area with bar stool, marble countertops, amble cabinets and all Viking appliances including a 4-burner gas stove top, wall oven, side by side fridge with door water / ice dispenser, dishwasher and microwave. All countertop small appliances are by Cuisinart including a pod-style coffee maker. French doors from the kitchen to yet another balcony overlooking the courtyard. Convenient powder room off the living room. Third Floor: Carpeted stairs lead to the cozy third floor. Den area has a sofa, side chairs, coffee table, twin daybed with twin trundle, 52” LCD TV, Blu Ray DVD, and two big bean bags. There is also a separate queen bedroom which has closets with shelving, side table with lamp, LCD TV and French door to large private balcony with a great view of the Gulf. Hall bath serves these two rooms and has vanity sink and walk-in shower with overhead showerhead and handheld shower. Outdoors: The private courtyard has Peacock pavers throughout with a large twin urn fountain, a smaller water feature on the pathway and an outdoor fireplace with chimney. There is also a large teak table with 8 chairs and a huge market umbrella for outdoor dining. Hot/cold outdoor shower. Gas grill. Courtyard area is shared with carriage house guests. Two car garage – one side for main cottage guests, one side for owner usage. We are big cooks and the kitchen is gorgeous with great appliances and everything you could ask for as far as pots/ pans/ utensils etc. Our only complaint was not with the house, but with the property being renovated/ painted next dooor. We would have maybe appreciated knowing this prior to booking as there were at least 10 workmen who were very loud there at all times - so not very private or quiet at all. They also parked their van in front of our garage so we couldn’t get in or out multiple times and it was awkward asking them to move. They left trash out, ladders that you had to walk under or around to get out and broken glass in the path that we had to dodge. Anyway again, this was not with the house itself and hopefully this was only our personal experience and wouldn’t happen on anyone else on their booking this gorgeous home close to the beach and steps from town! ##### Michelle M. Séjour de 3 nuits en janvier 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Wayne B. 14 déc. 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### Peaceful and Calm on Rosemary Beach I hosted a Thanksgiving get together with my two adult children and their spouses plus one 19month old granddaughter...The house was perfect - great location for the beach and town center, plenty of room to gather for cooking, dining and conversing. The kitchen is very well stocked with good cookware and lots of tableware - great for a family of cooking foodies!!! Nicely furnished, a variety of porches and outdoor patios to enjoy too...would certainly consider another stay at this house. ##### Wayne B. ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Meghan K. 23 oct. 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### Clean and thoughtful rental steps from the beach We travel to Rosemary twice a year and have stayed at several different rentals. This was by far the cleanest and very thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels and every kitchen gadget you can think of. The team at Stay 30A was incredible very punctual, friendly, and accommodating. The only negative was the proximity to the delivery entrance for the Pearl which caused some road blocks but wouldn’t deter us from renting the property again. We had a fabulous stay! ##### Meghan K. We like that the kitchen and living area are on a separate floor from the bedrooms. This keeps us early risers from waking everyone else up. The proximity to the beach and the town square is also a plus. ##### Michael W. ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Faron T. 27 oct. 2016 #### nicely appointed - but too close to the commercial hub The home is very comfortable and nicely appointed. However, it's across the street from the service delivery entrances for the hotel and commercial buildings. We were there 5 nights and were awakened EVERY morning - before 7AM - (even Saturday and Sunday) to a trash/delivery truck - banging around and making noise (beep-beep-beep - when they shift into reverse). If you're an early riser (before 7AM) - this won't matter and the central location is great, but if you're like me and enjoy sleeping in past 7AM on vacation, you need to pick a house further away from the commercial district. ##### Faron T.
