The kids loved the third floor game room and spent most of their time there. We grilled out a few nights on the deck upstairs and enjoyed every minute. Everything you could think of was provided at the house as well such as a cooler and chairs for a day at the beach. It was nice not having to bring so much stuff from home! Very spacious, large kitchen, very comfortable beds. Having the upstairs deck was such a bonus. It’s location was so convenient to stores and restaurants. Our family really enjoyed it. Franklin our awesome host went above the call and relieved some anxieties my mother was having before the trip. The location was perfect for relaxing and beach fun for the kids. The house was very clean, organized, came with all amenities and a complimentary bottle of adult beverage( much needed at the end of the day). Enough space for everyone. They were very quick to respond to every and any question we had. Franklin even gave us some great suggestions on places to eat! Now, the place is absolutely beautiful. It was so clean and welcoming when we walked in. The space is perfect for a big group of friends or even 3 separate families (kids on top floor, parents in the 3 king bedrooms.) Each room area has its own TV, which is wonderful. The kitchen area is awesome to cook in and there is room to for everyone to sit and eat. The top floor has the most beautiful views! Plus, the top floor is just one big game room...which is great for the kids even adults looking to have a little fun. And the best part- the place is no more than a 4 minute walk to the beach. Honestly, it's in walking distance to so many places. Super convenient and great area! You will NOT be disappointed with your stay here...You will love it!!!! ##### Juliane K.
