Once out the door, however, the residential complex itself needs serious maintenance. It looks rundown from the outside and seems to have suffered quite a bit from the hurricanes. We still enjoyed the amazing location, right across the street from the beach. We didn’t mind one bit climbing 32 steps to the room each time(:o) no elevator waits was a plus). Even with a 6 year old and 8 month old we all had a GREAT TRIP! We walked across the road to the ocean every day and enjoyed every second of the trip. Seriously, we cannot say enough good things about this Condo. It had everything we needed Full kitchen, washer and dryer plus all the kitchen things we needed. We have always stayed beachfront and HATED the crowds that came along with them, The elevator wait times, The massively crowded beaches & this was exactly the opposite. Such a Serene and peaceful trip. Big Thank you again to Rich for booking us last minute and making fall break 2022 the best one yet. Recommending this unit to ALL of our friends & family. Microwave didn’t work, stove only had two working burners and degree symbols were rubbed off for oven. Floor were dirty along with walls. Beige chairs were pretty dirty so I put towels down and pull out coach was wired together at foot and mattress was pretty old with bar running down middle.
