The beach is the main and nearest attraction you will findā€“all you have to do is put on your best swimming suit and leave your condo. Head one mile east to Pier Park, where you'll have your pick of 124 stores, a number of excellent restaurants, a Grand IMAX movie theater, a Dave & Buster's, and all sorts of other entertainment. You can take a stroll along the Russell-Fields Pier (less than one and a half miles east), or take the family to cool off at Shipwreck Island Waterpark (four miles east). For your dining pleasure, The Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House, Pompano Joe's, and Buddy's Seafood Market are all half a mile from the resort. Less than four miles away is Holiday Golf Club for a day of golfing with your friends. An entertaining vacay here isn't complete without spending the day at Rock'it Lanes, which features an arcade, bowling, pool, skating, CiCi's Pizza, and sports bar! THINGS TO KNOW Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella). Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 7. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The property was also well maintained and we were close to everything. It truly was a super nice condo that was well equipped with a great view! Now for the downside...the elevators. Luckily, we were only on the 7th floor and could take the stairs most of the time because the wait for the elevators was about 30 minutes no matter the time of day. It was so bad that it will probably keep me from staying here again. I have never seen anything like it! It literally took us a total of 1.5 hours to bring our things to the room and bring the cart back down! So be ready to wait every time going up or down to the beach or anywhere else, especially if staying on a higher floor and the stairs are not an option! ##### Larissa D. There was obviously an installation waiting to happen evidenced by equipment left lying around with notes on which TVs to install. It would’ve been nice to know. Unfortunately, we arrived to a unit with a lot of damage - dented walls, ripped ottoman, broken lamp, pictures askew, fixtures yanked from the wall.the living room TV didn’t have live television. There were tissues under the bed, no extra toilet paper or paper towels, coffee pot but no filters. Compared to other similarly priced units at Tidewater, this was disappointing. ##### Jennifer M. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the best experience. Elevators were down at the condo as well as the parking garage. Working elevators took forever due to high volume of guests and just not enough elevators. I saw 2 bugs- both the same kind- not really sure what they were, but looked like silverfish bugs. There’s a layer of dust on the TV credenza in the living room. Broken frames on the wall, a headless porcelain clown decoration, cigars on the balcony (in a no smoking condo,) items from previous guests left under the bed like a bonnet and 7 forks in a 10 guest condo. We also had issues twice with being locked out of our condo because the door code changed more than once without us being advised. On the second to last night the condo lost power. All and all not the best accommodations. It was nice having a bar and Starbucks on condo premises but drink were melted by the time the elevators got to you to get you back to your condo. ##### Brandy A. I wish we had known they had a pack n play, high chair, etc so we could have saved the trouble of packing them. View was outstanding and good location. Only negatives were there was no hair dryer and the elevators during peak times are really slow and takes a while to get on.
