The sunsets from the pool deck are amazing! It was really nice to be so close to the beach with small children. We could go back and forth between beach and pool very conveniently. They also had a beach chair service that set up the chairs for the family before we arrived at the beach each morning. It was very nice to not have to transport chairs. The location could not be any better! It is an easy walk or bike to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Both areas have great restaurants and the house is located directly between Alys and Rosemary. It was approximately a 10-15 min walk to either location. We also rode the complementary bikes to the Watersound neighborhood and visited the big chill. The kids loved the big chill and playing in the family friendly green spaces. We all slept very well all vacation! Each bed was very comfortable and each family had their own private room/bathroom. The only downside is the check in process. You have to wait until 5pm to access the house. Which makes for a long day. We waited for access - once it was 5 we never received a code and I had to call several times to get the access code. Otherwise response was pretty good. We enjoyed our stay.
