A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in. The Celadon Beach Resort is an upscale resort on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach and is located directly on the beach. Celadon is a family-friendly resort and provides the ultimate beach vacation experience. This resort offers one indoor/outdoor heated pool with a hot tub on the club side and another partially covered pool with a hot tub on the beachside. Other CBR amenities include free WIFI, covered parking, fitness center, tennis court, grills, and on-site rental Jet skis and other water activities. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent. Celadon Beach Resort is a smoke free environment. No pets are allowed per HOA. This amazing Gulf Front Unit is located on the 14th floor. It is one of the largest floor plans in the building. It has a massive wrap around balcony that wraps around the entire unit providing breathtaking sunset views down the coast. Windows with water views everywhere, wake up to the grandest view PCB offers. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a door leading out to the balcony directly overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Master bathroom is spacious with separate shower and tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a large window overlooking the water. Enjoy the spectacular sunset in panoramic view. The third bedroom is spacious with 2 twin beds and tropical decor. The living room opens onto the balcony and has 3 large picture windows on the west end of the building that allows a beautiful panoramic view of the Panama City Beach coastline from the entire living room, dining room, and kitchen area. Sit anywhere in the main living area and view the most beautiful sunsets in the world. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee machine. The laundry room with a large washer and dryer is located across from the twin bedroom. 2 parking spots are available per stay. One is a numbered space underneath the building and the other is first come first serve. A one time charge payable to the on site office upon check in is required for parking passes. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning, seeing amazing sunsets in the evening and moonlight and stars at night! The condo is very spacious, it was very clean and had everything we needed for the week, having 3 bathrooms was a plus!! Celadon has a beautiful beach area and the pools are awesome! The location is our favorite, it’s out of the crowd but only a short drive to everything you want to see, eat or do! We had trouble figuring out the door lock and the property management was prompt in helping us. Our only complaints is the master bedroom bed is in need of repair or replacement. It looks as though it’s been fixed before but the headboard is still very flimsy and the bed squeaks every-time you move, and the lounger chair on the balcony needs to be replaced as well. There were no baking sheets in the kitchen and only one frying pan that wasn’t great. The knobs on the stove had no writing. All the print has been worn off. There were pillows stacked in the closets, but none of them had pillow cases. The master bath had one hand towel and two wash cloths. The couches were stained and very wore out. By the end of the trip my back hurt from sitting on the couches. The furniture on the balcony needs to be replaced. It was rusty and paint was coming off. The maintenance people were very nice. We had to call them twice while we were there. The glass globe fell off and broke in one of the bedrooms and one of the toilets needed to be repaired. They were quick and friendly. The condo didn’t ruin our time in PCB, but we would not stay here again. ##### Christina D. The kitchen was well appointed for the exception of baking sheets. We could not get the pool code to work on any of the doors. We tried everything. Being a holiday week, there was not anyone onsite to assist. We emailed the property managers, and they did respond, but there was nothing to be done. We were not able to use either of the pools, hot tubs or workout facility which was disappointing. The couches were a bit worn, but comfy. The beds were fine as well. We’ve always had someone come ask if we needed anything or our umbrella moved. We were told to move our chairs to get in the shade of the umbrella. Not good customer service at all. This condo seemed not as nice and wasn't overly clean. Didn't appreciate getting a parking ticket for parking under the condo when we had a free parking space and code to park under there. It was clean, convenient location, easily accessible. My only concern I had is that the doors on the living room didn’t have a lock so my toddler could push the doors open and get on the balcony… that really needs to be fixed. There are dings on the walls but that is unavoidable with the number of suitcases in and out. The vacuum cleaner shoots out sand when you turn it on, the toaster is gross, mixer is caked with stuff, the dishwasher was either not ran or the dishwasher wasn't working, broken flower pot, master shower door is broken on frame at bottom, and kitchen cabinets plastic coating is coming off. The pool code didn't work, so we called the customer service number. We were told that they didn't have another code, so we should figure it out from another guest and call them back with the updated code. I didn't cook due to the lack of cleanliness of the utensils and small appliances. We did kill a few live roaches. A few little updates could make this ok place an amazing place. ##### Jennifer N. Cons- Kurig coffee maker-broken, pots and pans need replacing, lock on sliding door to balcony missing, vase on TV stand was broken and pushed against wall to keep together, knob on kitchen faucet sprayer missing. Mater bedroom bed, very noisy. Easy fixes, however after trying to contact owner or management through email per there request, no response.
