Vomit was on the bedding in one room, and something sticky on the other bedding. The showers had pieces of soap, sand and hair in them. Mold on the walls and the floors hadn't been cleaned in a long while! Communication with the host Rent & Relax Rental, was not as I'd hoped at first, however, after I provided pictures of the unit upon our arrival, they did refund a portion of our expenses. We will not be booking anymore with this particular rental company as we've came to PCB for 20 years and always had a great, clean experience with another company so I will ensure that we stick to that. Getting into the condo was no problem, it was a little confusing navigating the property. Probably wouldn't be difficult if arriving on time. Condo was nice with some cosmetic issues. No biggie. View was amazing and the beds were comfortable. Beach was excellent, but the outdoor pools were freezing. The property had a lot to offer and the location was great. Overall, a wonderful experience.
