This rental is located on floor 10. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Aug 21, 2024 #### Good enough for a quick trip We decided to head over to PCB for a quick weekend trip and chose this condo because of location. Location was amazing, great view and right on the beach. The rooms both had king size beds and were very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was also ideal and wonderful. The condo itself was a nice size for 4 adults. My complaints are mainly in the kitchen. There’s a Keurig but the mugs provided are way too big to fit underneath so unless you brought your own cups you couldn’t use it. When cooking, I realized quickly that fully stocked was not indeed fully stocked. There’s barely any silverware and I ended up buying things like a muffin pan and a big pot to use while there. One big thing I wished I had realized before going to the store is that there weren’t any oven mitts. I feel like that’s a pretty basic requirement. The couches in the living room were obviously stained from previous guest. I felt like I had to put a towel or blanket down to sit on it. My other complaint is that the parking wasn’t very clear at first. I arrived and just happened upon the reserved spot. But when there are two adults driving separate vehicles it really was not clear upon arrival where to park and the number I called didn’t answer or return my messages. The sign said 1-3, making it seem as if you have 3 spots. Once in the room though the paper posted in there made it clear that one car gets a reserved spot and all others must go to the overflow parking lot. Which was also not clear where that was at first. We finally figured out that it was across from the condos. All in all, good stay just wish things had been a little better stocked and that parking directions were clear. Oh also, even though the washer and dryer were tiny it was nice to have! ##### Tarah K. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The patio was well furnished for eating and lounging. Only warning is the umbrella company restrict where you can place your own umbrellas and cabanas. It had been used by the previous person also we had a maintenance guy show up when we were leaving had no clue he was coming and had an exterminator in our condo while we were out shopping! No one told us they were coming poor communication with the manager of this condo! Was upset that people were in the condo and o was not made aware of it! Nov 2, 2023 Liked: Location Disliked: Communication #### Unwanted was the feeling The condo had a few lights out and the Keurig was leaking bad. We didn’t know it leaked until we spent 50$ on k pods. We notified the help desk and they sent a coffee pot, which we already had. The guy said he would return with a new Keurig but he never did. They never responded about the lights that were out. But the real issues lay with a couple nosy busy bodies that lived there. They saw me and my partner holding hands on the beach and made a comment like “oh we have those kind here this week.” After that they constantly were telling employees we wasn’t following rules which made the staff constitutionally bother us with questions of whether we had our bracelet on or if saw the signs regarding the pool, steam room and hot tub rules. Two mornings they actually told employees they saw me smoking on the patio which caused the employees to bang loudly on my door and waking the entire condo up. No one in my group smokes might I add. Later as we were leaving the couple made the comment to my mother in law that gays were not welcome and they apologized for her having to see that. Dec 29, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Communication #### Great Building, No Local Customer Support Pros: -Very clean -Cardio Room in Building -Sliding glass door in bedroom and living room -Kitchen stocked enough that I cooked a X-Mas dinner Cons: -No screen door for the living room. It was completely gone except for the sliding frame. -Trouble connecting to WiFi-Called Vacasa and was told a "local team member' would call me back - NO call back was received until 10 days later when we were back home -Not a gym as described -just four cardio machines so would be more accurate to say "cardio room" -Not onsite pools as described - it would be more accurate to say there is one pool or a pool. -Everyday except X-mas day there was continuous drilling and vibrations all day from construction on floor above. I was never alerted that there would be onsite construction. I called Vacasa and was told a "local team member" would call me back. NO phone call was received about this until we returned home. The girl stated that she was off work so she didn't know why they even gave her the "work tickets". Also, she stated that she would call to check on the next people. She offered no discount or anything! Overall, I would never rent from Vacasa again. I save all year to visit my father once a year in Panama City Beach. I always stay in this particular building; however, I was very disappointed with Vacasa's customer service. They had no one to assist me on the days I was there, and I had guests leave early on Saturday, Christmas Eve with headaches because of the drilling. ##### Joaline L. Oct 3, 2022 #### Great location, amenities, view! Wonderful family vacation! Condo, furniture, etc. definitely in loved condition, but price was commensurate. The 6 wicker chairs on the balcony were coming apart and all had holes in the seat. I noticed that there were boxes with 6 new wicker chairs in the laundry room, so I called Vacasa and they sent someone the next day to put together 4, one for each of us. The unit has ceramic dishes & coffee mugs that match the color scheme of the furniture, but unfortunately almost everything had lots of chips. We thought perhaps Corelle might be a better option for a rental unit. We had the pool practically to ourselves and we got use out of the steam room, sauna and hot tub. There are lots of fun things to do in close proximity to this unit. Vacasa staff was easy to work with and very nice. The unit also has a closet full of beach chairs, floaties, frisbees, football, sand molds and such, beach umbrella, etc. Overall we had a great time and would definitely rent this unit again. ##### Lori M. Condo not on the busy downtown side of PCF so less crowded beach and driving to restaurants. Would recommend this place and will be coming back. Thanks for a great trip. Didn't want to come home.
